- Louisianna Catfish Fry, pickled tomatoes, chili beans, and cole slaw. The health board considers everything on the shelf behind us bad for your health, we didnt go hungry, trust me.
- Owen’s walking out to try out his new shotgun in Louisianna, way back in the hills, behind the gig. A ten-gauge Remi with a Russian barrel. He got it in trade in Texas for an old fiddle he ran across. Owen is always up to something. He said he has always wanted a gun just like it, and this one was a winner.
- What a place, The Edgewood Opry. Bluegrass and country both played little opry houses all over the South During its hayday. We play lots of the same places today. Yea, they’re still out there. Opry houses from the turn of the century, they are beutiful places, with rich history.
- David let Marty decide to call the event whichever, David Davis’ birthday bash or The Marty Hays Homecoming Bash. Welcome home Marty!!!
- Sacul, Tx- Playin some guitar in the hand built Cedar Cabins we stayed in. Love the smell of Cedar, this place was hillbilly heaven
